How CSS works

One service, one page, one application. You tell us your pickup days and bin location; we handle the setout.

1 Application

You fill out the form

Enter your contact info, full address, pickup day(s), and where your bins are stored. The more detail, the better.

Time: About 2 minutes.
2 Approval

We review and approve

We confirm we can safely access your bins and that your pickup schedule works with our route. If approved, we’ll email you a payment form.

Result: Approved or waitlisted.
3 Service

Your setout starts

Once your payment is confirmed, we come on your pickup days and move the bins from where you keep them to the curb for collection.

You do: Keep your bins accessible & bring them in after pickup.

  • No payment here. This just sends your details to CSS for review.
  • Approval first. Once we confirm your address fits our route, we’ll email you a payment form.
  • Start date. After payment, you’ll get a confirmed start date and pickup-day reminder.
Tip: Describe the exact location of your bins (e.g., “Behind the gate on the left side of the house”). This helps us find them quickly in the dark or snow.

    No. This page is only to submit your application. If your address and pickup days fit our route, we’ll email you a payment form.

    Just email us with your new schedule. We’ll update your file so your bins are always out on the right day.
  • Do you work in bad weather?
    Yes. We operate in rain, snow, and cold. If pickup is cancelled by the city, we’ll follow the updated schedule.
